On 6.4.1 (yes, we should upgrade). Looking for assistance on how to correct RFC 2822 registration and forgotten password email error. The problem appears to be duplicate from email addresses. Should be a pretty easy fix and am willing to pay. Thanks in advance for assistance.

SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:

Well this is an extremely old version that I doubt anyone has used in ages.
But anyway this is usually due to the message header has issues.
can you have the same email process sent to a non gmail account and copy the message header and post it here.

a quick look says it is the duplicate From: support@JDELIST.com
line.

Where is it? I don't know.

But I do recall on the very old versions that there was a email option to set it to send text, html or both as a email format.
If that holds true for your version this feature is probably the culprit and you may want to turn off one or the other and see if it will deliver. That feature no longer exists in current versions because it is not needed now.

I couldn't find this setting. Any suggestions on how to go about finding a programmer to deal with this? There used to be a forum section for this. TIA.

Issue is this version is extremely old and only used by very few people now.

I don't know any person that even uses that version.
