Hi, I'm running UBB Threads 7.5.8. Been a long time customer going back to the Rick Baker days. All the boards have run well.
I use the registration queue for new members. I also require new members to post an Intro in our new member's area to say hello and introduce themselves. If this is legitimate (the intro) I then upgrade their permissions to allow full access to the board. New members, prior to posting an intro, are restricted to posting only in the new member's area. This procedure has been in place for about 4 years and completely eliminated spam & hackers. The site and board (

I've documented the procedure to include a video. What I'd like to do is pass this link along to new members approved out of the registration queue. Can someone here please guide me to where I'd need to modify (or add) the welcome text that goes out over email when the approve button is hit in the registration queue? This will help new members follow a simple registration process. Many thanks. Keep up the good work.
