All I can suggest is that you check your spam or deleted items folder; I'm getting them for this thread.

im here because i got the new post AND new reply notification emails. i am here through an @gmail.com address, and have tested mail delivery to my other host domains. zero issues. all is delivered.
fyi, Hotmail/Outlook will not accept any mails sent from this domain. there is nothing that can be done about it. this domain has never spammed any hotmail/outlook users, and our mail headers are all secure and pass all validation checks. mails from this domain are not sent to Hotmail/outlooks main folder or spam folder. There is no bounced report returned, or any such communication to know what hotmail/outlook is doing. Even with a filter or zero filters on a hotmail/outlook mail account, mail from this domain just vanishes when sent to an @hotmail.com or @outlook.com mail address.
this applies to both the free and paid versions of @hotmail.com and @outlook.com mail address.
we have requested that hotmail/outlook correct the filter in their end, but there has not been a reply from them since.
this is a known issue and has existed since at least mid 2018.

Thanks for the details of the issue. Well I am guilty of using outlook.com for almost two years But I have had some I guess hit or miss notifications. And the ones that were delivered most would go to spam I just switched my profile to a gmail account .
So we will see.
