Hi,

I use 7.7.5 and I have been wondering a couple years why the Most online statistic is wrong on our forum.
Who is online setting is set for 10 min in CP and most likely we did not have 14,755 visitors in 10 min time. If we did it must have been a hell of an attack.

Dunno if this is an bug but I have to ask how to re-set the Most online to get rid of this high number?

That thread by you also says that you were under DDoS attack. Looking at these numbers says that it probably was not the first time. This is why your numbers were high.


"max_online" is located in the CACHE table.
you can reset it to 0 by running this SQL from the SQL Command tool
Control Panel > Database Tools > SQL Command

Issac, I knew I used 240min in the past for WOL, thanks for enlighten me that it was during this time period.

I tried
update ubbt_CACHE
set max_online = 0

and got this in return ( replaced the path with XXX

Query:
update ubbt_CACHE
set max_online = 0

also tried
update ubbt_CACHE set max_online = 0
with same result
