Is there a way to insert a webhook into UBB so whenever a NEW Thread is made a notice could be sent through a hook into a DISCORD server chat channel?

This can be easily done without any code modification.

Set up a discord bot to watch for keywords in email. When "New Post" in email subject from "@YourDomain.com" is triggered, a new comment gets added to your discord channel by the mail-watcher bot.

You could probably use MAKE to get this done for you.
