tested here in version 8.0.1 and also on my forum with version 7.5.5 with same result.

When I open up a PM I see the "Title" above the sender avatar/display name.
The Title is also a link but when I click on the title the result is a page saying

I see a double slash after "ubb//"
PS I don't think there is a folder named "ubb"
