Youtube videos will just self embed with the URL in a post; as for additional services you can add them via the "Custom Tag" feature of the Control Panel (CP -> Tools & Information -> Content Rebuilder -> Custom Tag Tab); from here you can disable any tags you don't need. Additionally, you can obtain several custom tags over at over at UBBDev and new tags can be created through the web interface.
