Version? Are you upgrading to 6.5 from an earlier version? If so, did you move the config.inc.php file inside the includes directory?

Hi Josh,

It's verstion 6.5 and it's a totally fresh install. It really is a strange one. I had an earlier version working fine about 4 months ago.

hey matt... did this ever get resolved? if not, what have you got for permissions on the /includes directory, and on config.inc.php, theme.inc.php & main.inc.php?
