6.5.2 createtable.php bug on installation

There's a bug in createtable.php.

Line #162 - there default value for b_Sticky is set to '', which causes the table creation to fail. Setting it to '0' lets it succeed.

Running on RH linux, mysql 4.1.7.

very old, reported many times, never fixed problem.

This one is fixed in 6.5.3 <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
