UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 6 Support What version were stickies introduced?

A forum I belong to is using version 6.5 and as far as they know they can not sticky threads. I searched a little bit and read a few things but could not find any awnsers about when they were introduced (if they were).

Any help would be great!

Sticky Topics aka Featured Topics were introduced in 6.5

Only admins and moderators can make a post "sticky." Are they not seeing that option?
