I have a very small user group for my BBS. Is there a way to send an auto-email notification every time someones posts against a thread or makes a new thread to all users reg'd to the board?

Notifications can only be sent to moderators of a forum, or to users who have posted a new topic or reply (and have chosen to receive email notification for that topic). There's no practical way to auto-subscribe every user to receive new content in each forum...
