I log and "show" ip addresses on posts. Is there a way for me to search posts via ip? I have many unregistered users that post and their IPs are not tied to a member name as in the control panel options that shows "last post IP" or "last login ip"

What you see in the search function is basically what you get here; the only place where ip's are logged are profiles/threads; but when searching via user it just looks for the user numbers activity (if i'm thinking properly)

Gizmo's about right here - the IPs are stored in each topic file, and mirrored in the user post history files.

Right now, there's no way to search for all users by IP (which wouldn't be helpful for unregistered users anyway), or for posts made by an IP - there's no central index to look things up, and searching every single topic file is not something that should be done.
