Ok, it hasn't been sugguested yet, so I figured why not...
A Global Moderator is just like a moderator, however they have moderator powers in EVERY forum vs just ones you throw them in (and it looks much better for them to look like an admin vs showign up in every forum as a moderator)...
Anotherway to think of GM's is a restricted admin, where they'd have very little CP access (in fact, the same access as a :gasp: moderator lol)...
I used the world out of the UBB.C mod, as an admin I don't like people having cp access, yet I have a few EXTREMELY trusted users that I like as admin's as they have more time than what I do at times
