UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 6 Support Change Moderator to Administrator

When I changed one of my Moderators to Administrator through the control panel I received the following error:

Died at d:/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/cgi-bin/ubb/cp_users.cgi line 1670

When I view the member following the error, the status appears to have changed to Moderator.
