WARRANTY

Back to Base warranty – It is the buyer’s responsibility to send the item back and we will deliver the replacement.
A proof of purchase will be emailed to the buyer on request, please keep it as you will need this for any warranty claim.
When sending an item for repair/replace please remember to add your details so we can find you easily. If possible, add a written description of the problem, reason for return.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any refund, returned of non-defective item(s) is subject to a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price.
A full refund will be given on cancelation of any purchase as long as it has not left our warehouse and a cancelation has been raised by the purchaser within 24Hr’s of making the purchase, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

All overseas buying will be liable for any taxes associated with overseas customs. (Import tax, VAT, etc.)
