This ultra-thin 0.1 mm copper-based graphene thermal conductive sheet is designed to help spread heat across compatible electronic components. It features a self-adhesive backing and can be cut into the required shape for suitable heat-dissipation projects.
The flexible sheet is suitable for applications with limited installation space. Its black heat-spreading surface and copper-colored adhesive backing allow it to be installed on clean, flat and compatible surfaces.
Multiple sheet sizes and package quantities are available. The size and number of sheets included depend on the option selected when ordering.

Installation Instructions

Turn off and disconnect the equipment before installation.

Measure the available installation area carefully.

Cut the sheet to the required shape using suitable scissors or cutting tools.

Clean and dry the installation surface.

Remove the adhesive release liner.

Apply the sheet evenly to a clean, flat and compatible surface.

Avoid wrinkles, trapped air and contact with exposed electrical components.
Important Notice
This product contains a conductive copper layer and is not an electrical insulation pad.
Do not allow the sheet to contact exposed circuit traces, terminals, connector pins, solder joints or other energized electrical components. Incorrect installation may cause an electrical short circuit or equipment damage.
This is an ultra-thin heat-spreading sheet. It is not a thick or compressible silicone thermal pad and is not designed to fill large gaps between components.
The adhesive backing is provided to assist positioning. Adhesion may vary depending on surface material, cleanliness, temperature and installation conditions.
The sheet can be cut, but excessive folding, stretching, scratching or repeated repositioning may damage its surface or reduce adhesion.
Manual cutting and measurement may result in minor dimensional differences.
