Product Description High-flow, high-efficiency extrusion for significantly faster printing
As an HF high-flow hotend, its melt zone has been optimised to deliver a volumetric flow rate up to 62.5% higher than standard nozzles. This reduces printing times for large models or those with high infill rates by approximately 30%, significantly boosting production efficiency. Compatible with a variety of nozzle sizes, including 0.4mm, 0.6mm and 0.8mm, to suit different printing requirements.
2. High-precision craftsmanship for smooth extrusion
The hot-end flow channels undergo fluid polishing, with an internal surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4, which greatly improves the smoothness of filament extrusion. This reduces stringing and material starvation issues, resulting in a finer surface texture on the model. Combined with a high-smoothness heating block and a high-quality orange aluminium alloy heat sink, temperature control is more stable, enabling precise dynamic flow calibration.
3. Wear-resistant and durable, compatible with engineering filaments
Equipped with a removable hardened steel nozzle made from SKD11 quenched material, it offers excellent wear resistance, enabling long-term stable printing of engineering filaments such as carbon fibre and glass fibre reinforced materials. It also supports 30-second quick nozzle replacement, ensuring low maintenance costs and convenient operation.

Having undergone rigorous testing, it can achieve 1,000 hours of stable printing. It maintains stable performance even during 24-hour continuous operation, ensuring model quality after prolonged printing with no significant defects or warping, thereby significantly reducing the likelihood of failure.
