RETURNS
Please contact us before returning an item so we can allocate you an RMA number (Returns Maintenance Authority), that must referenced on the outside of the packaging. Refunds cannot be processed without an RMA number.
It is the Customers responsibility to ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return.
