This 10G SFP+ Passive Direct Attach Copper (DAC) Twinax Cable uses Generic standard EEPROM coding on both connector ends.

It is primarily designed for white-label switches, servers, network adapters and other networking equipment that accepts standard or Generic-coded SFP+ DAC cables.

This cable is not programmed with an Intel-specific proprietary code. It may also work with selected non-encrypted Intel network adapters that accept standards-compliant Generic SFP+ DAC identification.

Ideal for short-distance connections between switches, servers, storage systems and network adapters, this passive DAC cable provides low latency, low power consumption and stable 10 Gigabit Ethernet transmission without requiring separate optical transceivers or fiber patch Generic standard EEPROM coding on both ends
