Used vintage computer memory. Each module is tested in compatible hardware before shipment and is guaranteed working.
The modules are in good physical condition for their age. The PCBs, memory ICs, and gold-plated edge contacts have been visually inspected. The contacts may show minor marks from previous installation and normal handling.
Please examine the photographs closely for the physical condition of the modules offered.
Compatibility
These are 168-pin, 3.3V, PC100 SDR SDRAM modules with a 16M × 72 ECC organization. They are unbuffered/non-registered modules and should not be confused with registered/buffered ECC SDRAM.
The individual DRAM ICs carry a 7.5ns speed grade, but these 69000683-series modules are identified as PC100 memory. Compatibility should therefore be determined from the complete module specifications rather than from the speed marking on the individual DRAM ICs alone.
The intended system must support:
- 128MB 168-pin SDR SDRAM modules
- PC100 / 100MHz SDRAM
- ECC / 72-bit memory organization
- Unbuffered / non-registered memory
- 3.3V SDRAM
Some desktop motherboards require non-ECC memory, while some servers and workstations require registered ECC memory instead of unbuffered ECC.
