Includes original box, manual and documentation. Organizer is in excellent, nearly mint cosmetic shape with minimal signs of previous handling or use. I'm including 3 new CR2025 batteries, but I have removed them so that they don't drain or leak. When you re-install them, make sure to slide up the small plastic switch next to the batteries up to "On" (see photos) before screwing the back of the case back on.Functions appear to operate as they should. Box has some wear and tear.
