Special Design: This package includes two 220 x 220 PEI Build Plates. Please note, these plates are not suitable for Creality V3 Series as their print size is 220x220 but the print bed requires 235x235. Our innovative flexible steel bed features a Double-Sided Textured PEI surface, offering superior performance compared to smooth PEI. Constructed from durable stainless spring steel with a proprietary double-sided PEI coating, this platform can withstand temperatures up to 300°C while ensuring excellent adhesion for various materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, and PC. The reusable design minimizes waste and extends the lifespan of the product, providing twice the utility of single-sided alternatives.
Cooling & Easy Demolding: The flexible spring steel design allows you to easily bend the plate to release prints without scratching them. Simply place it on the heat bed, level it, and start printing. After printing, let the platform cool to room temperature for automatic demolding. Alternatively, gently bend the spring steel plate to release your model without any risk of scratching—no scraping or adhesives are required.
Rapid Cleaning Protocol: To maintain your PEI surface, clean it with 75% alcohol or mild soapy water to remove any residue. For tougher stains, preheat the plate to 150°C and gently scrub with a soft brush. The design allows for easy assembly and disassembly. Regular maintenance includes checking the spring tension (maintain a force of 5N) and cleaning the platform every 50 hours of use.
Level Notice: Exercise caution regarding the nozzle-to-PEI distance to avoid scratches. Any damage or contamination on the PEI surface can affect longevity and print quality. While we stand by our product's quality, please recognize its consumable nature; longevity will depend on usage frequency and handling. Ensure precise nozzle-to-platform distance control (0.2-0.3mm) through real-time sensor response and dynamic compensation.
