Temperature Limit: This product has a maximum temperature resistance of 300°C / 572°F. Do not use without temperature control. Never operate at temperatures exceeding 300°C / 572°F – overheating will damage the unit and create a fire hazard.

Alignment Requirement: When installing the coupling, ensure the screw and motor shaft are properly aligned to prevent deviation, vibration, and potential screw damage.

Cold Start Prohibition: Never start the machine cold. Always ensure the sleeve temperature reaches the material melting point before starting the motor. Do not overfill the hopper during initial use to avoid excessive screw resistance and possible screw jamming.

Motor & Controller Not Included: This unit requires a separately purchased motor (speed > 50 RPM, power > 200W, torque > 15 Nm) and a K-type temperature controller for operation.

Professional Use Only: This equipment is intended for experienced users and professional/educational settings. Improper use may result in equipment damage, personal injury, or are manually measured – please allow a tolerance of 0–2 cm. This does not affect normal use or fit.
