3D Printed Cover for HP Thunderbolt Dock G2.
This is a 3d printed cover for the HP Thunderbolt Dock G2. The main purpose for this cover is resolve the one flaw with the G2 dock which is that the entire top of the dock is a button. This leads to many a reboot in error either do to the accidental press or a rogue cat deciding to play with the dock. With this dock cover though the issue is entirely resolved as it provides a sturdy top with only a small opening at the front to allow you to press the on/off button if you so choose. This cover also is designed to still allow access to all of the IO ports and can even be installed while everything is still plugged in. No need to disassemble your setup just to put the cover on. Also this dock has been used/tested in a very large company environment without issue. I hope this little item helps all those who have run into this issue and removes any stress or annoyance of the random unwanted reboot.
