How to tell if it is an ACF film?

The standard thickness of ACF Film is: 0.3mm. It uses a hard blue protective film. One side of the release film is smooth and one side is slightly frosted. It has a high stretch rate and uses a composite structure, not a single-layer structure.
What should I pay attention to before using?
