Can be used with a Dual Link connection using ports 8C and 9C for a 8 lane link to HBA (using the 2.10 firmware): This is how I had these cards deployed.
Working, fully updated to most current firmware at the time of listing 2.10. Latest firmware enables 6Gb SAS or 3Gb SATA Speeds.
