DVD+R DL media requires a burner that specifically supports Double Layer (DL) recording. Not all DVD burners support DL discs.
We strongly recommend testing 1–2 discs before recording the full pack.
• Compatibility issues are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Burn failures caused by hardware limitations, outdated firmware, software settings, or improper configuration are not considered defective discs.
• Professional duplicators must be properly calibrated for DL media.
• Using multiple discs without prior testing may affect return eligibility.
Lower burn speed and updated firmware often resolve most recording issues.
