Why a matched set matters
Populating a dual-CPU board across every memory channel works best when all modules are identical inrank, organisation and production run. Assembling eight matching sticks from separate single purchases isslow and often ends in a mismatched set. This kit fills all eight slots of a dual-socket board in one go.
Tested exactly as sold
These eight modules were not tested one at a time on a bench — they were running togetherin a fully populated 8-of-8 configuration in a dual Xeon E5-2695 v4 workstation: four modules per CPU acrossall four memory channels of each socket, at a configured speed of 2400 MT/s with ECC active,with no correctable-error events logged. They are being removed only because the machine is moving to64GB modules.

This is ECC Registered (RDIMM) server memory. It will not work in a standarddesktop or laptop, and it cannot be mixed with LRDIMM (Load-Reduced) or unbuffered (UDIMM/ECC-UDIMM)memory in the same system — a memory controller will not run two module types together. It is intended forserver and workstation boards that specifically support Registered ECC DDR4, such as Intel Xeon E5 v3/v4 andcomparable platforms. Please confirm your motherboard supports RDIMM before purchasing.
Condition and packaging
Used, in excellent working condition. Light handling marks are possible from removal and installation;gold contact fingers are clean and there are no bent or damaged pins. Each module ships in its own antistaticbag, padded, inside a single box — all eight ship together as one kit.
