- Before returning an item, please do contact us with pictures. Most issues are easily solved with a simple solution.
- Unwanted Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All returns must be processed through return system.
- If a replacement is required, damage or faulty parts may be returned on their own.
- If a refund is required, goods must include all original parts. Any missing parts will not be replaced or refunded.
- It is the customers' responsibility to pay all postage charges unless agreed otherwise.
- Returned goods will be replaced or refunded providing they were purchased from Vanda Trading, and providing they are still covered by the warranty policy.
- Goods out of warranty or not bought from Vanda Trading will not be replaced or refunded, and will be sent back at the customer's expenses.
