Items must be returned in the exact condition received: unused beyond reasonable inspection to verify functionality, with all original components, anti-static packaging, and protective materials intact. No damage, alterations, missing parts, or signs of misuse are permitted.
For buyer’s remorse returns (if accepted per your policy): Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use tracked shipping. Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless required by policy.
