Although Dell's service tag indicates this is an ALX, I believe it was an error and this has the wrong sticker. Please note that Windows 10 is displaying only 16GB of RAM but everywhere else says 24GB. I assume this is a Windows 10 compatibility issue but I am not completely sure. Additionally, the front alienware button releases and lowers the front bay cover but it does not close on its own when the button is pushed. It shuts and clicks closed when closing it carefully by hand. The USB port also does not stay open which is why I am showing it open by hand (see pictures). There is some usual wear and tear to this case but it still looks good to my eye considering what it is. What you see is what you will be receiving.
