This is a telephony modem (EMTA), not a Wi-Fi router. You still need your own router for wireless.
Compatibility / setup
Optimum service sticker is on the top. TM822G units have also been used on other cable systems (Comcast/Xfinity, Cox, WOW, etc.), but your ISP must approve and provision this specific modem.
Confirm with your provider using the MAC addresses above before buying. I cannot activate service. I did not connect this unit to live cable — only powered it on.
Condition
Used. Dust in the vents, scuffs and marks on the case (see photos). Ports look intact.
