SHIPPING POLICY

• Fast Handling: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of cleared payment. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

• Domestic Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on most listings to the continental U.S. (48 states).

• Extended Regions: For AK, HI, PR, GU, or MP, please message us for a quote prior to purchase, as standard rates do not apply.

• Combined Shipping: Multiple items purchased together will be consolidated into a single shipment whenever possible.

INTERNATIONAL & FREIGHT FORWARDING

• Direct Shipping: We currently do not ship directly to international destinations or APO/FPO addresses.

• Forwarding Services: Use of a freight forwarding service to send an item outside the USA constitutes an international shipment.

• Returns & Labels: We only provide return labels for the original US address on the order. If the item is forwarded outside the 48 states, the buyer is responsible for all costs to return the item to our US address for a full refund.

• No Partial Refunds: We do not issue partial refunds for defects; items must be returned in full to receive a refund.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

• 30-Day Policy: Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

• Return Costs: Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is DOA (Dead on Arrival).
