Bought used and replaced cooling pads, after which I could not get graphics card to work on my new gaming rig. Fan spins and appears to work, but could not get anything on monitor. Worth mentioning I have an F series CPU that does not have built in graphics, so problem might be addressed with a CPU that has built in graphics and bios update for the 3080 Turbo TI graphics card. Otherwise graphics card appears to be in great condition. No box, what you see in pictures is what you get.
