• 3.Due to China's customs policy, returned shipments cannot go through customs clearance smoothly, so return or refund service is temporarily unavailable.
• 4.In case of transit damage or hardware faults within the 3-month warranty period, we support free replacement of faulty spare parts for shipment. Alternatively, you may arrange local maintenance on your own, and we will cover all related repair expenses fully.

Shipping Information

2.Kindly note that for sea freight to the US and most other regions, tracking details cannot be updated in real time during container pickup and ocean transit. Real-time tracking will only be available after cargo arrives at destination port and is handed over to UPS or local postal service for last-mile delivery.
3.The listed item price does NOT include shipping fees; all freight must be paid separately prior to shipment arrangement.
4.The standard shipping cost shown on listing is the ocean freight rate for deliveries to the United States. If you require air shipping, please select the expedited air delivery option and settle the additional air freight difference accordingly.
5.Customers outside the US need to contact us beforehand for a customized shipping quote. Multiple delivery options including sea freight, overland truck transport and air freight are available for most other countries.
6.Due to steep import duties and strict tariff policies in Brazil, we do not recommend orders from Brazilian buyers at present.
