Only the VGA port works for some reason which means it has a max of 60HZ 1080P, the HDMI/DP has worked in the past so it might be fixable. Comes with power cord (not the original), a VGA cable, and a VGA - HDMI adapter. No cracks or blemishes other than that and the screen itself is great, just the connectivity. It has a completely removable stand and also haS VESA mounts. Message me if you have any questions
