The CS1144DP4 is a NIAP Common Criteria compliant PSD PP v4.0 secure KVM switch designed to share a single keyboard, mouse, dual DisplayPort monitor pair and speaker between up to four computers while enforcing strict data isolation. It prevents direct data transfer between connected systems by using unidirectional data paths and administrative device filtering. The unit is produced in Taiwan and built for sensitive multi-class network environments.
Key security features include always-on chassis intrusion detection that renders the unit inoperable if tampering is detected, tamper-evident labels, and non-reprogrammable firmware to prevent unauthorized modification. Peripheral access is restricted through configurable USB HID filtering and strict audio filtration that supports speaker-only analog audio. Port selection is deliberately limited to local pushbuttons or a Remote Port Selector to minimize remote attack surfaces.
On the video and performance side the switch supports dual DisplayPort console outputs and up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz resolutions. Video DynaSync optimizes display timing and eliminates boot-up display issues when switching sources. The KVM automatically purges keyboard and mouse data after transmission and when port focus is changed to protect user data and prevent leakage between security domains.
Connectivity includes two DisplayPort console outputs, two USB Type-A console ports, a front-panel analog mini-stereo speaker jack, four USB Type-B KVM ports, eight DisplayPort KVM ports and four rear analog mini-stereo jacks. A rear RJ-11 port supports an optional Remote Port Selector which is sold separately. The device uses USB emulation for keyboard and mouse compatibility and supports common HID devices subject to administrative filtering rules.
