THIS IS FOR CONNECTES SCSI DEVICES UP TO WINDOWS XP, WILL NOT WORK WITH MACINTOSH. IT WAS TESTED AND RECOGNIZED MY JAZ DRIVE IN WINDOWS XP WITH NO ISSUES. PLEASE HAVE HAVE THE KNOW HOW TO PICK THIS UP.

DOES NOT INCLUDE A POWER ADAPTER, DOESNT NEED ONE UNLESS YOU NEED ADDITIONAL USB POWER. THESE DID NOT INCLUDE ONE WHEN NEW.
