• How many LEDs does the Strimer have?

  Each Strimer has 126 LEDs total.

• Does it support 4-pin RGB header of the motherboard?

  No, it doesn't support 4-pin RGB header of motherboards, it only support 5V 3-pin argb header of motherboards, because the LEDs of the led strip are addressable rgb LEDs(built-in IC), working voltage is +5V.

• Why aren't all the LEDs turning on?

  First, please check if your LED control software has a limit on the number of LEDs. If there are no issues with the software settings, we think you may have received defective product, please apply for a replacement.

• Why can't light up all the LEDs by using 3-pin argb header on the motherboard?

  This Strimer has 126 LEDs total. Currently, most motherboards can only support up to 120 LEDs driven by the 3-pin header. For a better user experience, it is recommended to use it with our 16-port SignalRGB controller AG-DRGB16.

• Does this Strimer come with a controller?

  No, it doesn't. If you need a controller, you have to purchase it separately. Recommend buying our 16-port SignalRGB controller AG-DRGB16, can control up to 16 RGB devices simultaneously, each channel can support up to 256 LEDs.

• ✅ IMPORTANT: This Strimer has 126 LEDs total. Currently, the 3-pin argb header on most motherboards can only support up to 120 LEDs. For a better uer experience, it is recommended to use it with Corsair Commander Core XT or Airgoo 16-port SignalRGB controller AG-DRGB16, controller needs to be purchased separately.
• ✅ One Addressable RGB Power Extension Cable: Each cable come with white silicon rubber tube, overall dimension is 8.07 x 1.97 x 0.32 inches. Using environmentally friendly silicon rubber, no smell, soft, flexible, light diffusing helpful, but easily coated with dust, please note it.
• ✅ Using built-in ic led lamp beads: Total 126 leds, control with argb 3-pin connector (+5V, DATA, GND), each led lamp bead can be individually controlled via specialized Airgoo AG-DRGB16 Signal RGB controller or motherboard's argb 3-pin header. Working voltage is +5V, cannot use other voltages for power supply, please note it.
