Thanks for looking. Every piece in our store is inspected in hand, photographed in detail, and graded straight. What you see in the photos is exactly what ships to you, so please look them over closely they are part of the description.
How We Grade
We grade harder than most, on purpose. You should open the box and find the item is better than you were told, never the other way around. When a piece has a flaw, we photograph it and note it plainly. No surprises.
Shipping
We are at the post office every day. Most orders ship within one business day, and many the same day. Weekend and postal-holiday orders go out the next business day. Every piece is packed with care, and fragile items are double-boxed. Tracking is uploaded automatically.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For a change of mind, the buyer covers return shipping and the piece comes back unused. If something arrives materially different from what we showed you, say so, and we will make it right. No argument.
