this bundle has two extra Printer heads(both untested) over 300 cards different styles, computer wires, power cord, and the machine.I will ship the printer ribbon inside a ziplock and bubble wrap it for safety. can not gurantee it. its a cheap part if it needs to be replaced.it will need a cleaning before use. as always after everytime you use these machines the manufacturer suggests a cleaning due to dust and/or specs of printer ink.as shown it works perfectly fine. it is a great item.
