Works great, has new batteries, and is in good overall condition aside from very slight wear. Includes USB cable for computer but not power cable (which it doesn't need because of batteries). This device is known for lasting a LONG time on batteries.

For data transfer, uses included USB cable. Also works great as a keyboard for a modern device.

Overall very nice shape -- a vintage device that is very functional for modern word processing needs!

The Neo 2 in particular has a great keyboard and is the final version of the Alphasmart line, so if you want the best, this is it!
