Please note that it supports 7mm/9.5mm 2.5 "hard drives up to 10TB only;
We tested our enclosure with 2.5’’SATA SSD, the actual speed can reach to 450MB/s on R/W both side.
For the brand new SSD drive, it may not be found, because the brand new SSD drive should be formatted before the first time using. And also need to make the SSD drive partition.

step is to find the brand new ssd drive:
1. Use your mouse right key to click "Computer", it will show a drop-down menu;
2. Use your mouse left key to click "Computer Management";
3. Use your mouse left key to click "Disk Management.
4. After find the brand new ssd drive, please format it, and made partition. Then you can find the drive normally.
