Starting a return:

Go to iCloud.com and log in.
Go to Find my iPhone.
Select in top middle "All Devices.?
Select the device that was returned tous.
Select where it says, "AllDevices" and there should be a small "x" on the right side ofthe item that was returned to us.
When you hover over the "x" itshould say remove and click it and you should get a message warning that says,"If you remove the item another person can put their apple account onit".
