Just to be completely clear up front:this is the full, standalone commercial retail release. It is not an upgrade kit, so you do not need an older version of Final Cut Studio already installed in order to install this edition.

Outer Slipcase:
Overall, the box looks excellent and still feels very fresh, with sharp corners and crisp edges. It has been carefully stored in a clean, smoke-free home. There are a few very minor cosmetic scuff marks on the bottom panel from sitting on a shelf over the years, but these are out of sight when the box is standing upright. Please see the photos for the exact condition.
Inner Trays:
All original white cardboard nesting trays and Apple folders are present, intact, crisp, and clean.

The complete original7-disc installation and content media setis included. All discs are scratch-free and have remained safely stored in their original white paper window sleeves:

The original genuine25-digit serial number documentationis physically included with the set. I have intentionally obscured the serial in the public listing photographs so that it cannot simply be copied from the images online.
This is the originalperpetual retail licence from the pre-subscription era. Installation uses the included serial number rather than a modern subscription account or Creative Cloud-style activation.
The original Apple barcode label is also photographed and clearly identifies the package as:

The software was installed once and then never used again, after which the complete set was carefully stored.
