For sale is a kit for the Apple II CMS SCSI Card with the latest ROM image, and the components necessary to modify the card to provide termination power over the SCSI cable. Providing termination power over the SCSI cable allows SSD SCSI drives like the BlueSCSI, SCSI2SD and ZuluSCSI to be powered directly from the controller and therefore do not require an external power source.
In addition, this kit includes the printed instructions for the 2.0 ROM and utilities as well as a copy of the 5.25" CMS Utilities disk. This disk also contains the GSOS driver for the CMS card.
I put this together by request from a customer, but figured there could be other people who may need it.
Soldering on the CMS card is required to install the diode.
NOTE: The silkscreen on the card is backwards, so the diode must be installed with the white stripe pointing towards the top of the card to properly provide power.
