Vintage Apple II Plus computer with multiple period expansion cards installed. INCLUDES POWER CORD.
The computer has been partially tested. It powers on successfully, displays the APPLE ][ startup screen, and boots into Applesoft BASIC using an Apple IIc monitor connected through composite video.
Keyboard input is functional, but there is a repeatable keyboard encoding issue where some keys produce the wrong character. For example, N types J and T types P. Because of this, the computer is being sold as-is / partially tested.
Included expansion cards:
* Apple Disk II Interface Card
Part No. 600-0037
* Apple Communications Interface Card
* Advanced Computer Systems 16K RAM expansion card
The motherboard appears to have the standard Apple II Plus RAM configuration, and with the 16K expansion card installed this is believed to be a 64K configuration, but the expansion RAM has not been independently tested.
Additional notes:
* Video output works
* Boots to Applesoft BASIC
* Keyboard responds, with some incorrect character output as noted above
* Disk drive functionality has not been tested
* Expansion cards have not been individually tested
* Internal speaker had come loose inside the case and was disconnected
* Original model/serial-number label is missing
* Case shows age-related yellowing, discoloration, dust, marks, and general cosmetic wear
* Please review photos closely for condition and included components
This is a desirable early Apple II Plus setup with several period expansion cards and would make a good restoration project, collector system, or source of original Apple II components.
Sold as-is due to age and limited testing. No guarantees are made regarding functions that were not specifically tested.
