Included period software/media consists of titles including MacPaint, A Guided Tour of Macintosh, MacWrite/MacPaint, System Disk, MacTerminal, MacHome by Creighton Development, Quicken 4 for Macintosh, Shugart SA-130 diskette, MegaFiler by Megahaus, Microsoft Multiplan for Macintosh, one unlabeled disk, and additional media shown in the photographs. Two instructional cassette tapes are included: A Guided Tour of Macintosh and A Guided Tour of MacWrite • MacPaint.
The computer powers on and displays a Sad Mac diagnostic screen but does not boot. The underlying fault has not been professionally diagnosed and no repair has been attempted.
The serial number dates the computer to original Macintosh 128K production. The case has not been opened to verify the presently installed logic board or memory configuration, so a historical Apple/dealer or owner upgrade cannot be ruled out.
One sealed America Online for Macintosh v2.6 disk is later-era software and is included as found; it is not represented as original to this 1984 package or as compatible with this system.
