The Apple Macintosh SE M5011 is a vintage home computer manufactured by Apple. This comes with an 80MB HDD, 4MB of memory and a Superdrive. It is a classic piece of computing history that has been meticulously recapped and tested for reliability. What work was done: Recapped the Logic Board, Analog Board and Sony Power Supply. The original HDD was DOA and replaced with an IBM WDS-L80 with System 6.0.8 installed. The Superdrive/FDHD was serviced, which includes a cleaning, cleaning the R/W heads, cleaning the pin switches, lubricating critical areas and replacing the gear that always fails in the eject mechanism. Testing was done with MacTestPro and the Superdrive was also tested for proper operation. ALL TESTS PASSED! SEE PICS!
Cosmetically it has the typical yellowing plus some marks and scratches from Normal Wear & Tear. This has the design team signatures cast into the inside of the case too (I circled "Steven Jobs" name). SEE PICS!
