Apple Motion 2, released around 2005 for OS X Tiger, was a landmark, GPU-accelerated motion graphics application designed for real-time design, offering over 500 filters and procedural animation tools without laborious keyframing. It provided, at the time, high-fidelity color, 3D compositing, and integration with Final Cut Studio.
